In this eleven-hour interaction, spread over three days, you will learn the basics of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence. You will be equipped with strategies to manage yourself for better productivity and relationships.

A renowned ICF-PCC, Ajay is a Leadership, EI and Life coach, with four decades of hands-on experience in the defence and corporate. His experience in the Army and myriad industries has given him a deep sense of understanding of the human psyche. 

A trained Behavioural Analyst, Ajay is keenly interested in human behaviour. His expertise lies in Behaviour Modification and Skill Building. He encourages and empowers his clients to develop their cognitive process, dig deep to access their resolve, get clarity, visualise their goals and develop actions accordingly.
